Magnificent View is a Scotland Holiday home in Sandhead, Dumfries and Galloway.

The holiday is a true home from home experience with a fully equipped 3 bedroom house with a magnificent sea view. The self catering holiday home has one king-size bedroom and two twin bedrooms one bieng on the ground floor next to the walk in shower room and toilet. There is an enclosed back garden. We allow customers to bring pets (some rules apply). There is a fantastic pub restaurant around the corner caled the tigh na mara and also a village shop. We are situated 6 miles from Stranraer were supermarkets and a swimming pool is available.

Local attractions include castle Kennedy botanical gardens, port Patrick and Port Logan, many great golf courses and fishing including both fly and sea fishing. I have caught bass and plaice off the beach in front of the house.

for year 2025 we are only charging £750.00 for one week. Through the season we book Saturday to Saturday. Other times will be available out of season.
